Pit Cooked Barbecue, Wings, and Salmon
Our pitmaster Steve D has seen the BBQ business from Lexington style to Eastern style and is always welcome to push the limits on creative dishes from the pit. So try our Lexington style BBQ and you'll see why our customers tell us its better than the rest. But don't be surprised when you also see Smoke house Prime Rib, Smoked Salmon Salad, or our pit smoked pulled pork Cajun Cakes coming out of the smoker. We take BBQ'ing serious and for smoking Steve only uses the best Shag bark wood which is hand picked from the family farm located in the rolling hills of Stokes.
